Kate Hudson stays fit with Yoga and Pilates



Hudson, maintains her physique by doing a mixture of cardio, yoga and Pilates several times a week.


Her longtime trainer Nicole Stuart tells InStyle:


“If we run one day for 20 minutes, the next day is a 30-minute run with Pilates.” “Or if we do stairs one day for 30 minutes, the next day we do a 90-minute Pilates class and then a high pace 15-20 minute run.

Gorgeous actress Andie MacDowell credits yoga for her youthful appearance at age 51.


Golden Globe nominated MacDowell (Four Weddings and a Funeral),has reportedly found inner-happiness through yoga. She was quoted as saying: “It was during yoga that I started thinking about the things about myself that I really enjoy.”


“Yoga is a big part of my life. It is really good for your spirit and your bones. (Yoga keeps you) strong and flexible at the same time”, she reportedly said, and discussing future plans, was quoted as mentioning: “I’ll do more yoga and grow spiritually”.

Naomi Campbell fears getting old



Naomi Campbell, who will hit 40 next year, is afraid of getting older.


The Mirror recently quoted her as saying:


“I”m not immune to being insecure – especially as I”m getting older.”


So what does the aging supermodel do to stay in shape?


“But I love what I do so I have to put in a little more effort. I do pilates every day. ”


Doing Pilates everyday is a great way to stay in shape no doubt. However, I think someone needs to tell Naomi that 40 is the new 30.

Vince Vaughn’s Yoga Theory



Vince Vaughn is convinced that men become yoga instructors to pick up women or in his words “dry hump” them.


After attending an LA yoga class with a girlfriend once he was horrified that the instructor keep dry humping the unsuspecting students.


The ‘Couples Retreat’ actor said: “I had a girlfriend in Los Angeles who took me to a yoga class. While it was going on I was saying to myself, ‘Is this really happening?’


“It was like the instructor was making all these moves and he was basically dry humping the girls. Nobody batted an eye. I felt like I was in ‘The Twilight Zone’.”


Haha! I’ve never been to a male taught yoga class so I don’t know if any of that really happens or not, but if it does weird!

Kate Moss does yoga for better skin



What do Supermodels do to improve their complexions? They practice yoga! Well, Kate Moss does she recently went on a week-long yoga retreat to improve her complexion.


The 35-year-old supermodel was horrified after seeing photographs of her skin looking blotchy and lined, so she decided a detox was in order to clear up her complexion.


A source said: “She went to a yoga retreat for a week, where there were no temptations at all. She got back and she felt better than she has in ages. And she looked much better too – her skin has bounced back.”
