Tim McGraw is not a fan of Pilates

 


 

Country singer, Tim McGraw, has cut Pilates from his workouts after he tried it and couldn’t walk for a week. The star decided to try it after seeing it work wonders for his wife, Faith Hill, but he gave up after only one session.

 

He told Us Weekly magazine:

 

“I will never do Pilates again. I tried it once with my wife’s instructor and couldn’t walk for a week.”

Ashley Greene Reveals her New Moon Workout

 


 

New Moon star, Ashley Greene, recently told US Weekly Magazine to stay in shape these days, she said she does Pilates, usually six days a week.

 

“I do it early in the morning. It wakes you up, and it’s kind of refreshing,” said Greene. “And that is basically it. Sometimes cardio. I am not a big weight person because when I do weights I build muscle mass.”

Marisa Miller stays fit with Pilates

 


 

Victoria’s Secret model, Marisa Miller, recently told OK! magazine that she stays fit with Pilates. She said:

 

“When I’m home, I either do Pilates or boxing.”

 

“I also surf. It’s important that you do something.”

 

She has an amazing figure don’t you think?

Thandie Newton a fan of Jivamukti yoga

 


 

Thandie — the cover star for December’s U.K edition of InStyle — says her secret to a lean frame is Jivamukti yoga.

 

“It’s my food for the soul,” she told the magazine. “When I’m not working, I’ll drop Rip off at school and Nico at nursery, then I go to yoga. I also have an amazing personal trainer who I see whenever I can. His name is Liston Wingate-Denys.”

 

Jivamukti means “liberation while living.” This modern style of yoga emerged in 1984 with spiritual teachings, placing special emphasis on how to apply yogic philosophy to daily life.

 

I’ve never tried Jivamukti yoga before. Have you? I’d love to learn more about it.

Jon Gosselin Does Yoga

 

Jon Gosselin is ready to go to the mat: the yoga mat!

 

The latest stop on his quest for inner peace was a yoga studio at a Los Angeles hotel Nov. 5. Exclusive photos at Usmagazine.com show, the 32-year-old reality star doing basic poses, stretches and breathing and meditation exercises.

Faith Hill stays fit with Pilates

 


 

Faith Hill was on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Nov. 2nd and shared her secrets for staying in fabulous shape. They included: cardio, elliptical, Pilates, and lunges. She also said that chasing after three kids and picking up Tim McGraw’s dirty clothes helped as well.

 

Whatever she’s doing she should keep it up because she looks great.

Sarah Michelle Gellar does Pilates to lose baby weight

 


 

Just a month after giving birth Sarah Michelle Gellar, 32, was back in shape. According to US Magazine their is no official word on how she shed the pounds, but she did 55-minute Pilates sessions up to three times a week with trainer Alycea Ungaro to stay fit while pregnant.
