Audrina Patridge Wants to “Get Spiritual” This Year



Audrina Patridge is ready to de-stress by saying ohm.


“I want to try yoga this year,” The Hills star told on Thursday. “I just want to try something stress-free and spiritual.”


Wondering what could be causing her so much stress? Audrina is back to work on The Hills’ and she has also begun production on her unnamed MTV spinoff.

Martha Stewart Practices Yoga on tomorrows show


Tune in tomorrow (Jan 8th) to the Martha Stewart Show, because the host and guest Trudie Styler (Sting’s wife) practice yoga.


The show was filmed earlier this week and the audience consists of 51 yoga instructors.


Styler says she practices for 45 to 90 minutes every day, no matter where she is.

Giada De Laurentiis stays fit with yoga



Before getting pregnant Giada was in the gym all the time. But when her obstetrician warned her to take it easy she decided to practice yoga instead.


“I thought, ‘Oh, this will be a good way to strech,’but it turned out to be so much more!” she says, “It taught me to breathe, it strengthened my muscles, and it helped me relax.”


Giada is so thrilled with the results of yoga that she still continues to practice even after the birth of her daughter Jade.


Five days a week, a private yoga instructor comes to her house at 4:45 am for an hour long session.


She adds that she has to workout first thing in the morning or she simply won’t do it at all.

Miranda Kerr’s fitness secret



When Victoria’s Secret model, Miranda Kerr, was asked recently for the secret behind her gorgeous body, she revealed:


“I drink lots of water and get as much sleep as possible. I recommend drinking fresh, organic green juices and doing lots of yoga.”

Pink stays fit with yoga



Pink looks amazing on the January/February 2010 cover of Women’s Health Magazine.


In the magazine, which hit newsstands December 22, Pink tells how she got her “man abs”.


“An hour of cardio, an hour of P90X or yoga, and then a half-hour of warm-up [during show rehearsal]“. “Six days a week.”


It sounds like she works pretty hard to stay in such great shape.
