“I don’t want to be one of those actresses who says, ‘I eat cheeseburgers all the time,’ I don’t! I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables.”

 
 
Besides sticking to a healthy diet, Anna says she stays fit by running, boxing, swimming, and doing Pilates.

“I do Pilates every day,” said Wendie Malick at the “Hot in Cleveland” premiere. “I like the dead bug, plank and we do a lot of floor stuff. I don’t use a reformer anymore.”
 
 
“[Pilates] can keep your posture really good and keep you from having back problems,” she said.
 
 
Jane Leeves, says she does not do daily workouts, but like Malick, she’s a believer in Pilates.
 
 
Betty White says she stays in shape due to living in a two story house and having a bad memory. She’s always going up and down the stairs, because she forgets what she’s looking for, lol. I just adore Betty White, shes hysterical.
 
 
Have you seen Hot in Cleveland yet? I haven’t, but I bet it’s hilarious since Betty White is in it.

Chloe Sevingy recently told Elle UK, “I’ve just started doing yoga three times a week. I feel strong and limber, and my sex drive is through the roof! Men are intimidated by me… My friends say, ‘You have to find someone more famous and successful than you, or someone who’s so happy with their own life they can handle the attention you get.’

 

“I want to be worshiped and adored, but then again I also love to be ignored… It’s the same old, same old. Getting older doesn’t bother me at all. Well, other than the baby pressure. I do want to have a baby.”

Vanessa Williams 47-year-old star of Ugly Betty shared her fitness secret in the April issue of Prevention Magazine.

 

So what is her favorite workout?

 

She says:

 


“I was doing Pilates before people even knew how to spell Pilates. I started with [Pilates guru] Mari Winsor after my first child, 22 years ago. She used to come backstage and do a mat floor workout with me when I was doing Kiss of the Spider Woman on Broadway. Core strength balances your entire body. It pulls your shoulders back, tucks in your pelvis, makes you walk straighter, and gives you great posture.”

 

Vanessa looks just as amazing as always so the Pilates must be working for her. What do you think?

Victoria Beckham takes up new fitness regime that combines yoga and astrology

 

 

The former Spice Girl, 35, has become the latest celebrity to take up a new fitness fad called yogalosophy.

 

She is believed to have been introduced to the method by fellow yogalosophist Jennifer Aniston, and is said to be absolutely hooked.

 

According to sources; She bought the Yogalosophy DVD and does her workout at home up to four times a week to “align her mind and spirit”. She’s really starting to notice the difference.

Audrina Patridge Wants to “Get Spiritual” This Year

 

 

Audrina Patridge is ready to de-stress by saying ohm.

 

“I want to try yoga this year,” The Hills star told UsMagazine.com on Thursday. “I just want to try something stress-free and spiritual.”

 

Wondering what could be causing her so much stress? Audrina is back to work on The Hills’ and she has also begun production on her unnamed MTV spinoff.

Martha Stewart Practices Yoga on tomorrows show

 

Tune in tomorrow (Jan 8th) to the Martha Stewart Show, because the host and guest Trudie Styler (Sting’s wife) practice yoga.

 

The show was filmed earlier this week and the audience consists of 51 yoga instructors.

 

Styler says she practices for 45 to 90 minutes every day, no matter where she is.
