Even though supermodel Gisele Bündchen is a busy expectant mother, she still rarely misses a workout. What’s her go-to exercise?
“She tries to do some yoga each day,”
says instructor Amy Lombardo, who practices Anusara yoga (an intense flowing form) with the supermodel.
“She normally does an hour in the morning. It’s a great way to wake up your body and start the day on the right note.” The physical results aren’t bad either. “Yoga makes you really toned,”
says Lombardo, who does a series of moves which incorporate lunges, tricep push-ups and core work with Bündchen.
“And she’s definitely strong!”
