Jack Osbourne,23, loves Pilates.
Jack dropped 70 pounds in 2005 and he’s determined to never gain the weight back again.
He says there is no better way to stay in shape, and credits pilates with keeping him toned and trim.
He said: “I know it’s a bit camp, but I go to Pilates classes three times a week and I love it! I’m so toned now, it’s amazing. It’s very relaxing too. I’ve also been running and doing weights.”
Jack is looking healthy and fit these days so it’s working. Way to go Jack for keeping the weight off.

One of our favorite actresses, Alicia Silverstone, recently sat down with Health Magazine to talk about diet and fitness. When asked about slimming down recently with a vegan diet she said yoga had a little bit to do with it as well.
“Diet first, exercise second. Exercise is fantastic, and when I need to be a certain way quickly, I amp up my exercise by walking the dogs and doing yoga.”

Jennifer Aniston, 40, wants to look great and stay in shape despite her hectic schedule filming ‘The Bounty’. In the movie Jennifer plays a 35 year old and is concerned she won’t look the part now that she is 40. So what is she doing about it?
Jennifer works out every morning at 3am to get two hours in the gym before filming at 5am. She also flew her yoga instructor Mandy Ingber from Los Angeles to New York so she can can get in her regular yoga sessions.
It must be working because it seems Jennifer’s new body is the talk of the set.
